General Terms and Conditions
AVK GmbH, represented by the General Director Alexander Kravtschenko, processes your order(s) on the basis of the following general terms and conditions (T&Cs).

1. Conclusion of contract.
Clicking on the “Add to cart” button in our online shop places your selected product(s) in the virtual shopping basket. Clicking on the shopping trolley symbol takes you to the virtual shopping basket. Here you can review your order, delete products or amend quantities.
Clicking on “Proceed” starts the order process that you complete by clicking on “Buy now” in the final step. In doing so, you are submitting a legally binding contractual offer regarding the product(s) in the shopping basket.
You will automatically be informed by email that we have received your order and the message will also include the details of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
We will only store this contract text until acceptance of the sales contract and thereafter it will no longer be possible to retrieve it. If you would like to retain a copy of the contract text for yourself, please save a copy of our acknowledgement email.
Assuming no contract has been concluded between you and us, the prices stated are subject to change and are subject to prior sale.
When paying, the sales contract shall be concluded upon issue of your payment order.
2. Delivery date and delivery.
Minimum dispatch time is three weeks if Goods are already manufactured and Buyer picks up himself.
For all the shipments delivery time is set specifically depending on goods period of production, need to combine products from different manufacturers, country and place of delivery etc. In any case, our production and logistics facilities do their best not to exceed 6 weeks on any order within EU.
For orders outside EU consider 2-3 weeks additionally.
All freight shipments are delivered to the kerbside of the address provided by you.
In case of any damage during transit, please inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of goods. OnlyProSport insures all deliveries.
3. Prices.
All prices stated are in euros, VAT excluded.
Please consider when buying from Austria, that VAT will be added on a stage of placing the order.
Minimal order amount is 1 000 EUR
4. Delivery charges.
a) Delivery is free of charge if Buyers picks up the Goods by himself from our warehouse
at Talpagasse 8, 1230 Vienna, Austria free of charge.
b) For all the freight shipments delivery is counted specifically depending on its volume, weight and the final destination address. Our managers do their best to provide you with the exact rate as soon as possible after you’ve placed an order.
Note that all the customs payments and related procedures if they arise, should be made by the Customer.
5. Payment.
Paying for goods ordered is convenient and easy.
Though we are working on using all the payment methods possible, such as PayPal and credit card, now it is possible only by bank transfer on the invoice to the following account:

6. Guarantee conditions.
Commercial buyers who purchase goods for the purpose of reselling are excluded from our guarantee.
Default warranty period for any goods is 12 (twelve) months if not stated differently by the Manufacturer.
Guarantee applys from the time the goods are handed over to the customer until the time the guarantee expires. In the case of a guarantee claim, the customer is entitled to return the item to the following address at our cost up until the date on which the guarantee expires. We will decide whether the item is to be repaired or replaced.
The warranty is provided by the Manufacturer.
7. Retention of title.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received (including VAT and delivery charges). Customers are not permitted to sell on the items until full payment has been made.
If the customer has purchased the items acting in a commercial or independent professional capacity, then the resale of goods is permitted within the normal course of business.
8. Protective rights.
We retain the intellectual property rights and copyrights on all products, images and other documents that we deliver. Their use by a third party is subject to our approval.
9. Alternative dispute conditions
We are not obliged and are fundamentally unwilling to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
10. Other terms and conditions.
Should any of our terms and conditions be rendered invalid, all other terms and conditions remain valid. We hereby reject the customer’s terms and conditions.
The place of jurisdiction is our company business address if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, a special fund under public law or if the customer is not resident within the European Union. We have the right to bring a claim at the customer’s place of general jurisdiction.
This agreement is governed by Austrian law with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In dealings with end users within the European Union, the laws at the end user’s place of residence may also apply, providing that they are compulsory consumer rights provisions.
